About me
I was born in Crimea and the thing I loved the most during childhood is to play video games. I moved to Kyiv to study applied physics, which I didn’t really like from the first day in the classroom. I liked Kyiv though, and that was a reason strong enough to continue.
After three years at the university, I discovered web design. It felt like playing video games again, and that’s how I knew: I should go on and make a living out of it.
I was voracious to learn and become a master craftsman. I studied from the best Ukrainian designers, training different facets of the craft: visual design, interaction, research, business, content writing, etc. I never stopped learning.
Over time I felt that the only way to move forward is to create my own things, and pursue what sparks interest in me. I co-founded an online tea shop selling Chinese tea in Ukraine, and was growing it up until russia has started a war against my country. Now I donate, volunteer and spread the word to end the war as soon as possible. You can help Ukraine too, here.
Currently, I’m building banking products at Klarna, helping people to improve their financial lives. I also tinker on my personal design projects and collaborate with others, bringing new ideas into the world.
